About the hostel
The KARPATIA hostel is located on the outskirts of the town of Šaštín-Stráže, in the Senica district. A forest begins right near the hostel. The town lies on the edge of the Záhorie Protected Landscape Area.
All year round we offer accommodation in a hostel with a capacity for 140 guests. The hostel is intended for tourists and company workers. There are 28 units available, each consisting of two rooms, a 2-bed and a 3-bed room. Each unit has a refrigerator and its own bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. Every room has a balcony.
The rooms are spread over two floors, and on each of them you will find a common room with a television, a sofa and dining tables with chairs. If needed, the common room can also be used as a meeting room. Likewise, on each floor there is a kitchen where an electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge-freezer and dining seating are at your disposal. A washing machine and dryer are also available to all accommodated guests for a fee. Free WiFi internet is available throughout the hostel. Parking for 20 cars is provided next to the hostel. The entire building is monitored by a camera system.
