RIVIÉRA APARTMENTS** are located in the Liptov region, in the picturesque village of Liptovské Sliače near Ružomberok.
To companies and businesses we offer 2 separate apartments + a separate villa. The properties are suitable for managers or for workers employed in the Ružomberok area.

We offer companies year-round luxurious yet affordable apartment accommodation for a maximum of 26 people, namely:

- A large apartment with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor for 8 people - the apartment has its own separate entrance as well as its own garden with a terrace and seating area + grill. The apartment includes: a spacious living room with 2 extra beds on the sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8 people, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and a separate toilet.

- A large apartment with 3 bedrooms in the attic for 8 people - an apartment with a separate entrance, a garden with a gazebo and a garden fireplace. Apartment amenities: a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and 2 washbasins, a bidet and a toilet.

- A large villa with 3 bedrooms, the entire property for 10 people, with a separate entrance and a private garden with a gazebo and seating area + garden fireplace. There is also a living room, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a corner bathtub, 2 washbasins, a bidet, a toilet and a separate toilet. A gate and a garage are also available, both remote-controlled.

Benefits during your stay: WiFi connection, bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, garden furniture and a lit parking area for 8 cars.
The parking area is in the garden next to the property and is monitored by a camera system. The property is enclosed by a stylish opaque fence, which guarantees our guests privacy and undisturbed peace.
A restaurant and a grocery store are located just a few metres from the apartments. The apartments are suitable for smaller as well as larger groups and we also offer them for long-term rental.
